First, make sure that you have removed both sides of the plastic backing from your sheet. The tacky side can be very difficult to remove. There is medical grade tape included for extra adhesive if needed.
It’s always best to start using scar products as soon asyour wound has fully closed— often this is just after your stitches have been removed. Your scar will be actively remodeling itself for up to two years, so it’s great to start early.
