Refund policy

At Rejûvaskin, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to assist with a return, subject to the guidelines below.

 


 

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

    • Dreamskin Eczema Clothing: Garments must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. For health and safety reasons, clothing items are shipped in a sealed sanitation bag. Returns cannot be accepted if the sanitation bag has been opened or the security seal has been broken.

  • Timeframe: Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.

Once a return label has been issued, you have 30 days to ship the item(s) back. If the return is not sent within this timeframe, the return label will be canceled and the request closed. Refunds are issued only after the returned items are received and inspected.

 


 

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Worn, washed, or used items

  • Items with an opened or broken sanitation seal

  • Items not in their original condition or missing parts (unless due to our error)

 


 

Refunds 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding approval. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Processing times may vary, and it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

 


 

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return your original purchase. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.

 


 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
